Terms of Service

These terms cover use of XcodeFix HRMS. By creating an organisation account you accept them on behalf of that organisation.

The account

The person who signs up becomes the first administrator and is responsible for who else they invite and what access those people are given. Keep sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your data

The records your organisation puts into the service remain yours. We store and process them to provide the service, and do not sell them or use them to build advertising profiles. You may export or request deletion of your organisation's data at any time.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload malware, or content you have no right to hold.
  • Do not attempt to access another organisation's data, or probe, scan or overload the service.
  • Do not use the mail features to send unsolicited bulk email.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available continuously, but it is provided without an uptime warranty unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical; updates are normally deployed without downtime.

Plans and modules

Features are grouped into modules. Which modules an organisation may use depends on its plan. Changing plan changes the available modules, and content in a module that is switched off is retained but hidden until it is enabled again.

Suspension

An account may be suspended if these terms are breached in a way that risks the service or other customers. Where circumstances allow we will give notice and an opportunity to put things right.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to organisation administrators. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.
